A. Management
2007.03~current Shanghai R&D Center, ZTE
Main Role: Test Manager
Responsibilities:
In charge of a team with nearly 30 members。This team is major in system test of optical access products which include MSTP/GPON/EPON
1) Focus on Project Test team mangerment: including Project Test Plan/Method, Task Assignment, Plan Traceing, Resource Coordinating,which can ensure the test quality and satisfy R&D schedule
2)Responsible for all team work target and performance, set KPI for every individual member and also for their career plan. Manage and motivate the members to build up a high performance team
3) Family with some management tools such as TestDirector to improve test process management and test efficiency
4) Many Big Field Project Test management experience. As a test director, successfully finished many test projects such as China Telecom EPON interconnect , China NetCom EPON test, HongKong PCCW EPON, Italy Telecom FTTx+DSL, British Telecom GPON ,Brazil Anatel GPON and so on. Involved in Resource assignment, background Test Support, Issue trace and bug communication with R&D.Most these tests got successful results and do help to win the contracts . Moreover, our GPON+VDSL2 solutions won the pretigious InfoVison Award at Broadband World Forum 2007

2002.05~2006.07 Shanghai R&D Center, ZTE
Main Role: Techinical Manager of Hardware Test
Responsibilities:
1) AS a leader of team with tens of member, focus on the hardware test board
and tools development, training hardware test member of the whole department. During this period, I lead the development of the line auto-switch tool, CSVTB test board, Power emulator test platform, phone on/off emulator etc. Those tools have applied to automation test of our xdSL &MSTP product. Especially, the first two have gotten the parent

2) Familiar with product process, including requirement analysis, high-level plan, detail design, test. Also have experience of project management on project control, resource assignment. Good ability of team regular management, team member training，team target and strategy plan

Project3: GPON /EPON project
Main Role: Senior product test engineer
Responsibilities:
1)test strategy and test case design
2)GPON/EPON function and peoformance test, such as data communication test,CES etc

Project2: MSTP(muti service transport platform ) project
Main Role: Senior product test engineer, test group leader
Responsibilities:
1) in MSTP system test，Responsible for SDH subsystem and Ethernet L2 test, such as vlan/IGMP/qos/mac etc
2) test strategy and test case design
3) As a test group leader, major in test task planning, distribution and tracking, freshman training
