Responsibilities

Regional financial head role, dual reporting to Divisional Senior VP Business Administration, Kobold Systems, VorwerkCheap Nike shoes International Co. (Wollerau, Schweiz/Switzerland), and Managing Director, Vorwerk China;Oversee the whole financial & administration functions (Share Service) for 2 Manufacturing, 3 Sales Business Divisions, 70 Branch Companies for Vorwerk’s business in China Region, incl. Finance, HRM, Admin, MIS, Logistics, CRM, Legal and General Affairs; lead more than 40 staffs in Shanghai Headquarters from different functions, more than 70 staffs in different Branch Companies, and 2 manufacturings;Review contracts, policies and whole business process to ensure legal or corporate policies compliance, improve the internal controls, initiate and make the continuous business improvements;Main Achievements:
Optimized the corporate treasury management by introducing the mobile POS machine to the sales force to better control the moneycheap men's nike shoes collection, and setting up cash pooling for different branch companies in more than 60 locations;Improved the production costing for the existing and newly set up production line, set up the standard costing;Significantly introduced the Consumer Financing & CRM in China, optimized the customer database and action plan to improve the customer satisfaction;Review the corporate contracts, business process, structures, transferred the company structure from Joint Venture to WOFE in 2004, expanded the company business scope in 2005, and increased the registered capital in 2006; Set up the new WOFE manufacturing company for new business in 2006, obtained the Corporate Income Tax Incentive for the new company before the policy changed in 2007;Obtained 2 Milo RMB tax incentive for re-investment by retained earnings generated by sister company, obtained additional 1cheap womens nike shoes
Milo RMB corporate income tax refund;Co-operate with PWC, MOFCOM and State SAIC, review the newly issued Direct Sales Law in 2006, discussed with German Headquarters for the company strategy, prepared the Direct Sales License Application Package;
